The Land Solutions group at Atwell is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support project operations. This position plays a key part in organizing and maintaining documents that are essential to land solutions projects, helping teams work more efficiently. What you will do Support ongoing land solutions projects by managing and organizing project documents Help streamline document workflows to improve team efficiency Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely document handling Location The preferred locations for this role are Independence, OH or Southfield, MI. Depending on experience, remote work may be considered.

This role works closely with both office and field teams, managing projects from kickoff through completion. Project scopes cover residential and commercial land development as well as renewable energy, providing opportunities to expand technical skills and grow professionally.
