Job Summary In your role as a Signal Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, extracting, and simulating PCB structures to ensure optimal performance of high-speed SERDES (112Gbps) and DDR interfaces within the system budget. You will collaborate closely with PCB and package substrate CAD engineers to design signal launches from BGA components and connectors, manage layer transitions, and oversee cable interconnects. Additionally, you will define the low-loss materials for future designs and partner with Graphcore’s system architecture team and suppliers to achieve the highest performance levels. A strong proficiency in high-speed PCB simulation tools and familiarity with industry best practices in high-speed digital system design are essential for this position. The Team Graphcore’s Hardware Engineering Team is dedicated to creating both commercially viable products and hardware test and validation systems that leverage Graphcore’s innovative IPU processor.
