In less than two years, we have grown from zero to over 600 satisfied customers by addressing a critical pain point with a scalable solution. We are expanding our Product team to solidify our position as the leading operating system for home renewables installers. This role is challenging and requires you to tackle technically complex problems efficiently and elegantly. However, the reward is immense; you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate group of customers and a highly motivated development and design team focused on making a significant impact. If you are ready for a rewarding challenge and are eager to contribute to improving the lives of renewables installers while aiding in the decarbonization of buildings, read on!Company OverviewNearly 20% of the UK’s carbon emissions are generated from heating homes. Achieving net zero is impossible without transitioning away from gas and oil boilers. Currently, heat pumps are the most viable alternative, converting 1 kW of electricity into 3-5 kW of heat. However, the installation process for heat pumps is often slow and cumbersome, which poses significant hurdles for installers and discourages gas engineers from transitioning to heat pump installations. This results in delays in providing heating solutions when customers need them most.We are committed to changing this. Our platform streamlines the heat pump installation process, from initial inquiries to final compliance paperwork, allowing installers to focus on delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. Despite launching only in early 2024, we are already transforming installation businesses, suppliers, and manufacturers across the UK, reducing job times by half and doubling sales conversion rates.Having raised a significant Seed round at the beginning of last year, we are now scaling our team to amplify our impact. Our ultimate goal is to develop an operating system that serves the entire home renewables supply chain. Think of a blend of ServiceTitan, Procore, and AutoCAD to envision our direction.Role ResponsibilitiesYour success will stem from our dedication to keeping our customers at the forefront. You will be responsible for ensuring we maintain our deep understanding of customer needs as we broaden the spectrum of challenges we address. As part of a small, dynamic product team, reporting directly to Steph (Co-Founder & CPO), you will enjoy robust support from an exceptional group of designers and developers. Your daily responsibilities will include:Leading product strategy and vision to enhance user experience and product functionality.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development.Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product iterations.Identifying market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
