About the Position
As a Workforce Planner, you will play a pivotal role in assessing both current and prospective workforce dynamics. Your expertise will be essential in forecasting talent needs and identifying skill shortages, transforming data into actionable strategies. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will develop workforce strategies that align with our organizational objectives, ensuring we have the right talent with the necessary skills at the right time. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational resilience through effective planning.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in workforce planning.
- Experience in supporting ERP implementation projects is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management and/or Workforce Planning systems is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to tackle moderately complex assignments, demonstrating sound judgment in issue resolution and recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, implement, and monitor workforce planning initiatives to optimize and expand the workforce in line with long-term strategies.
- Collaborate with business leaders, strategic planning, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to assess current and future workforce requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
- Gather, interpret, and evaluate workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights for talent assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting, and business scenario planning.
