With this vision in mind, we are seeking a HR Business Partner to help our teams thrive and contribute to a healthy, future-proof organization.What will you do as an HR Business Partner at Handpicked?In this role, you will be the go-to person and trusted advisor for around four to five of our agencies. Collaborating closely with their management teams, you will engage at a tactical level, translating organizational objectives into a clear, people-centered HR approach. This involves not only advising on the team structures of tomorrow but also guiding them through individual cases and complex HR issues.You won’t be alone in this endeavor. Together with the HR Manager, another HR Business Partner, and two Recruitment Business Partners, you will form a cohesive team responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions across the group. To maintain strong connections with your agencies and the team, you will work partly at our Rotterdam office and partly in Breda, where you will collaborate with the rest of the HR team.In addition to your agency-specific role, our team takes charge of larger, overarching themes. These projects are distributed based on focus and expertise. Consider projects in the areas of:Talent & Performance: Building a robust employee journey that includes L&D, performance and talent management, leadership, and promoting career development and internal mobility.People & Culture: Strengthening our culture with a focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion (DE&I).
