Manage technical projects both remotely and on-site at client locations. Communicate project status and updates to both technical and non-technical client leaders. Coordinate with account management to ensure customer requirements are met. Deliver high-quality service for Axon software deployments. Identify integration opportunities between agency systems (cloud and/or on-premises) and Axon’s products. Recommend deployment strategies for integrations that support agency goals. Work closely with project teams, product, engineering, sales, and agency technical contacts to align with agency objectives and program outcomes.
