About This Position:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our expanding Talent Acquisition team! You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, concentrating on sourcing, attracting, and securing premier Go-To-Market (GTM) talent across various roles, all while prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the GTM landscape, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven history of successful GTM recruiting.
While your primary focus will be on our Revenue, Services, and Account Management teams, you will also have the chance to support hiring across multiple departments within our organization.
Please note that we will only be considering applications from candidates located within our Boston, MA hub. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office.
