Deal Structuring & Negotiation Lead partnership discussions and negotiate commercial agreements, including referral, reseller, OEM, and integration contracts. Define joint value propositions, revenue models, and incentive frameworks. Work alongside legal and finance teams to finalize agreements. Activation & Go-to-Market Execution Launch new partners with well-defined activation plans and success metrics.
