Your Role as a Clinical SDR
In the pivotal role of Clinical Sales Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our provider growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with O&P clinics, Podiatry practices, and Physical Therapy centers.
Your objective is to persuade clinic owners and practitioners to experience a demo of the Hike platform. You will be introducing the concept of 'Digital Transformation' to small business owners who may be entrenched in analog methodologies. Comfort in navigating gatekeepers and conversing in credible medical and business terminology with doctors and practice managers is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Master high-volume outreach: Conduct 60-80 calls daily to clinics nationwide, effectively engaging decision-makers.
Discuss Practice Economics: Go beyond discussing insoles; focus on billable hours, workflow efficiency, and profit margins, articulating how Hike enables clinics to treat more patients in less time.
Qualify Clinical Needs: Evaluate current fabrication practices to inform our Account Executives.
Educate the Market: Serve as an advocate for AI scanning, demonstrating its PDAC approval, reimbursement eligibility, and advantages over traditional casting methods.

A Proven Track Record: 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in SMBs, medical practices, dental offices, or independent pharmacies.
Gatekeeper Expertise: Ability to navigate front desk staff and reach decision-makers confidently.
