Qualifications
Experience in Labor and Delivery is mandatory. Graduation from an accredited program in nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree); BSN is preferred. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required. Proficient in basic computer skills, including accessing, entering, and interpreting electronic health data. Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication with healthcare team members, patients, and families. Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently complete assigned work. Multilingual abilities are preferred, with languages relevant to the patient demographics served by the medical center. Relevant clinical experience and/or specialty certifications for specific practice areas are advantageous.

Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
