As a Radiotherapy On-Site Application Trainer at Brainlab, you will play a pivotal role in training and supporting our cutting-edge IGRT and SGRT products. You will primarily engage with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, and Administrators to enhance their expertise and utilization of our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging on-site and classroom training sessions on our advanced radiotherapy products, specifically ExacTrac Dynamic and ExacTrac Surface.
- Provide hands-on support to radiation therapists, physicians, and medical physicists during patient treatments, ensuring optimal product usage.
- Deliver comprehensive On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses to enhance customer capabilities.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and deliver tailored training experiences to each client.
- Assess and document customer training needs, proposing effective educational solutions.
- Ensure ongoing certification for course delivery and stay updated on Brainlab product developments and clinical workflows.
- Contribute to the growth of the Brainlab Education business while enhancing customer satisfaction through quality training.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for specific applications and support the Instructional Design team in developing course materials.
- Continuously refine training procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with all clients and internal teams.
- Exemplify professional conduct within the organization.
Specific Duties
- Conduct in-hospital training sessions for radiation therapists, physicians, and medical physicists.
- Assist customers in utilizing Brainlab Radiotherapy/Radiosurgery devices during Case Coverage events.
- Address field customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Regularly review and update training course content based on customer feedback.
- Support company meetings and trade shows as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Keep thorough records of all customer training documentation.
