Engineering Manager, User Adoption & Value Realization

We are seeking a highly technical and empathetic Engineering Manager to spearhead our Adoption and Value Realization team. This role is pivotal in driving significant user engagement with our current product features and ensuring that customers derive clear and measurable value from AcuityMD. As the inaugural manager of this newly established team, you will play a key role in guiding technical investments, achieving product success, expanding the team, and mentoring engineers. You will also collaborate closely with the engineering leadership team to influence the culture, processes, and technical strategies across the engineering department.

Team Mission
The Adoption and Value Realization Team is dedicated to fostering robust engagement across our existing customer base. Our objective is to ensure that every AcuityMD user experiences the benefits and enhanced commercial outcomes of our platform on a weekly basis, thereby encouraging consistent usage among our paid subscribers and deepening engagement with our most influential workflows.
This team is responsible for developing the systems and experiences that link product value to user behavior, including email notifications, push notifications, SMS alerts, marketing enablement tools, value storytelling, and our engagement dashboard. We establish feedback loops, activation surfaces, and insight tools that transform product capabilities into tangible customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
