As an Account Director, you will...
Lead and oversee all account management processes within our Healthcare team. As a senior solution-oriented leader, you will cultivate enduring relationships between clients and agency teams. Drawing upon your extensive industry knowledge and experience, you will motivate team members to enhance our strategies, creative solutions, and digital campaigns, making them more innovative and effective. This role entails regular client interaction and high-level account management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the Account Management team, including:
- Acting as the trusted voice of the consumer by integrating customer and market insights into strategy and marketing program development.
- Effectively balancing the expectations of both the agency and our clients.
- Guiding clients through strategic education, innovative ideas, trends, and thought leadership.
- Develop relationships with senior clients to address their overall needs and those of the agency.
- Approve materials for client reporting.
- Drive business growth by identifying additional client needs and implementing effective solutions.
- Utilize your expertise to develop strategic and creative solutions for existing and prospective clients.
- Incorporate senior staff from other departments as project objectives arise.
- Mentor and manage a team, serving as a trusted advisor to the account team.
