In this critical role, you will lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across complex industrial projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a proven history of effectively managing teams to ensure project completion safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all electrical, instrumentation, and control activities on site.
- Lead a skilled team of electricians, instrument technicians, and controls specialists.
- Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, industry codes, and safety standards.
- Supervise installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical and control systems.
- Work collaboratively with project engineers, planners, and management to address technical challenges.
- Manage project schedules, workforce, materials, and subcontractor activities for the discipline.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance with site safety protocols.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance levels.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation for management review.
This position is primarily based in Challis, Idaho. Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute to the job site.
