As a Telecoms Telesales Consultant, you will enjoy a competitive salary and an attractive commission structure in a positive work environment. The basic salary is £21,000, with uncapped commission opportunities that can lead to on-target earnings of £31,000, and many team members are earning over £40,000 annually!
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Our team is supportive and encourages success, featuring initiatives like 'Star of the Day', weekly competitions, and fun team outings.
Key Responsibilities of the Telecoms Telesales Consultant:
- Engage with existing clients and promote additional services.
- Upsell various business areas.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team to secure sales.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with current packages while encouraging additional product uptake.
- Utilize our Salesforce system for accurate data management.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and manage time effectively.
- Handle inbound inquiries from current and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with senior management to strategize on acquiring and converting new large clients.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in outbound sales.
- Strong objection-handling skills and a collaborative team spirit to meet personal and team targets.
- Resilience and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently.
- A driven mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
We will conduct a two-stage interview process for this role, with immediate start dates available.
Stage 1: You will shadow team members to gain insights into the role, followed by a psychometric test and a numeracy and literacy assessment. The final part will involve a brief discussion about the position and your prior experience.
Stage 2: This will be a comprehensive interview focusing on competencies, where you will be asked to provide examples of your past sales experiences.
