Your Role:
As a Resource Consultant working night shifts over weekends, you will play a vital role in supporting all business units during non-office hours and serve as the primary contact for any issues arising from clients or the RSS workforce. You will work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) from Friday at 20:00 until Monday at 08:00. Your clear and confident communication will ensure seamless collaboration between departments, their respective teams, and clients, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of ongoing matters across the organization. Additionally, you will champion safety protocols by reinforcing RSSI's safety values.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing out-of-hours calls from customers and contractors, resolving issues across RSS business units, and preparing handovers for follow-up during regular hours as necessary.
- Updating the internal system (Aspire) to reflect evening handovers, ensuring all internal and external requests are addressed.
- Documenting all out-of-hours activities on the Aspire system, including calls, incidents, and necessary follow-up actions.
- Proactively following up on out-of-hours complaints and preparing detailed handovers for the relevant internal departments.
- Fostering strong relationships with both clients and the RSS contracted workforce.
- Contacting workers two hours prior to each shift to confirm their availability, and replacing them or informing the client as needed.
- Engaging with night shift RSS workers to ensure they are punctual, properly briefed, and equipped with the necessary PPE and tools.
