ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Division Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our e-Cigarette market initiatives within the US Commercial organization, reporting directly to the Region Field Sales Director. You will manage a team of Territory Managers to optimize sales opportunities across retail chains, independent convenience stores, and specialty retailers. This role offers an exciting chance to enhance sales strategies and develop your team to achieve outstanding results aligned with our mission.
In your capacity as Division Manager, you will implement sales strategies focusing on distribution expansion, reducing out-of-stock instances, enhancing product placement, and achieving key sales performance indicators to drive revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and nurture a team of high-performing Territory Managers (TMs) to meet business goals.
- Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies and Territory plans while evaluating successes and failures to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor TMs to enhance their selling and professional skills through goal-setting, personalized feedback, joint sales calls, and performance reviews.
- Analyze and share Division-level insights and business intelligence with TMs, other Division Managers, and Regional Sales Leadership.
- Meet KPIs established at company, regional, and individual levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with headquarters and other teams, including Trade Marketing and Key Accounts.
- Stay informed on local and state regulations and taxes, guiding TMs on optimizing outcomes in their markets.
