Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts to meet sales targets and strategic goals.
- Transform customer needs into actionable projects, ensuring satisfaction.
- Engage in various sales activities focused on industrial equipment.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities including maintenance contracts and inspections.
- Develop and execute action plans to uncover new sales leads and enter new markets.
- Implement company sales strategies to achieve profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct visits to customer sites, emphasizing safety and operational efficiency.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report sales activities weekly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
