Role Overview AECOM is seeking a Principal Land Referencer to lead significant projects in land referencing and management. Based in Birmingham, this position centers on guiding projects through the complexities of land rights and legal requirements. What You Will Do Direct land referencing activities for major projects, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Interpret and apply land rights legislation and related legal frameworks. Work closely with teams from various disciplines to deliver projects on schedule and within regulatory guidelines. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations throughout each project phase.
