Your Role
The Assistant Business Manager serves as an authentic brand ambassador, embodying the values of Charlotte Tilbury. You will be passionate about achieving and surpassing sales targets while inspiring your team through high motivation. Customer experience will be central to your leadership approach, as you constantly seek innovative ways to engage and satisfy our clientele. You will work closely with your Business Manager to ensure smooth daily operations on the counter. You dare to dream big and take action.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive in-store financial performance to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Assist the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales objectives, ensuring Retail Artists are aligned with these goals.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, showcasing expertise in retail artistry while expressing genuine enthusiasm for the Company’s success.
- Lead by example in promoting exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Coach and provide constructive feedback to the team, ensuring adherence to Charlotte Tilbury’s standards in service and artistry.
- Seize opportunities to extend exceptional customer service beyond the store, enhancing the customer database for direct marketing purposes.
- Implement individual and team training initiatives to elevate performance and engagement.
