Be part of our journey and contribute to our legacy of success!Your Role:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to lead engaging and educational activities for children, all while ensuring their safety. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in various capacities (coach, teacher, camp leader) and a passion for child development. New Coaches can commit to teaching between 5 to 25 classes weekly. Provide individualized attention to promote success for every child. Adopt a non-competitive approach to ensure a fun and stress-free learning environment. Utilize positive reinforcement to motivate children and celebrate achievements. Enjoy coaching while remaining open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement through regular training sessions and adherence to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual. Work Schedule:Our coaching hours primarily take place during weekday mornings at childcare centers, catering to age groups one to five, and after-school hours for elementary-aged children (5 to 12 years old). Ideal candidates should have availability during the following times: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Weekends: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Compensation: Assistant Coaches start at $18/hour. Upon successful completion of training, Head Coaches earn $25/hour. Qualifications: Genuine enjoyment in working with children. Reliable transportation. Personal interest in health and fitness.
