About the QA Team
The Quality Assurance team includes both QA automation engineers and field testers. Members collaborate across Europe and work closely with Consumer and Network teams based in Berlin, Lisbon, and São Paulo.
Role overview
The Lead Quality Assurance Field Testing Specialist is responsible for guiding field testing efforts across multiple European locations. This position is based in Berlin and focuses on ensuring high standards for network and product quality.
What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage field testers in various European locations to foster strong team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for field testing, covering areas such as network connectivity, SIM activation, plan provisioning, billing accuracy, roaming, and customer-facing app functionality.
- Establish standardized testing processes and documentation to support consistent quality and performance throughout all testing phases.
