What you will do Work alongside engineering and client teams to implement and integrate Rational Dynamics products at client locations Support the introduction of new technologies, helping ensure deployments run smoothly and clients adopt solutions effectively Gather feedback from real-world use and contribute to product improvements Maintain strong client relationships by addressing technical issues and helping ensure satisfaction Requirements Technical background with hands-on engineering experience Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations Comfort working directly with clients as well as internal teams Interest in deploying new technologies and improving products through field experience This position is based in Berkeley, CA and involves regular on-site work with both clients and internal teams to support technology deployments.
