You will also manage data, communicate with stakeholders (including applicants, fellows, and visitors), track Fellowship requirements, plan local events, oversee office management, and provide general support for other Activate Fellowship communities and initiatives.The Fellowship Associate reports directly to the Senior Fellowship Manager at Activate Berkeley.Primary ResponsibilitiesEvents: Organize and execute Fellowship events, including bi-weekly local programming logistics, meetings between visitors and fellows, quarterly social gatherings, and 1-2 large annual events.Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including regular sessions between fellows and the Managing Director, quarterly meetings between fellows and staff, office visitors, and other internal and external meetings.Office Management: Oversee the Activate Berkeley office, manage visitor coordination, liaise with building management, stock supplies, set up and dismantle in-office events, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Data, Reporting, and Communications: Maintain accurate fellowship records and assist the team in managing fellow data.
