In this hands-on role, you will conduct experiments, gather and analyze data, and deepen our understanding of the physical properties of materials, initially focusing on viscosity testing and expanding into other lab experiments as our plant becomes operational. Main responsibilities EPC process discovery and mapping Analyze end-to-end EPC workflows, focusing on conceptual engineering, estimating, detailed design, long-lead procurement, contracting, and construction phases. Create detailed process maps, swim-lane diagrams, and value stream maps to reflect actual project workflows. Identify handoffs, rework cycles, decision points, data dependencies, and constraints along the critical path. Maintain a broad view of how engineering outputs support procurement and construction activities. AI opportunity identification Examine mapped workflows to find schedule-critical and labor-intensive tasks where AI can have immediate impact.
