As a Workday HCM Administrator, your expertise will drive our People Technology framework, focusing on the configuration, optimization, and reliability of our Core HCM and associated systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across People, Finance, and IT to create scalable, automated solutions that facilitate Hinge Health’s rapid expansion.
Your Responsibilities
Manage Core HCM Landscape: Act as the key administrator for Workday Core HCM, overseeing system development, data loading, and optimization to guarantee a flawless user experience.
Enhance Process Automation: Work closely with cross-departmental partners in People, Finance, IT, and IAM to pinpoint challenges and implement automated processes aimed at efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain System Integrity & Security: Regularly assess system performance and resolve complex issues related to functionality and data accuracy, taking proactive measures to safeguard our People data.
Lead System Upgrades: Propose and implement improvements to our systems, including leading testing (Unit/UAT) for all Workday updates and enhancements.
Create Scalable Documentation: Develop and update comprehensive documentation for tenant management, business processes, and user guides, empowering the broader People team.
