Position: Senior Visual Designer / UI SpecialistExperience Required: 5-9 yearsKey Responsibilities:Define, direct, and execute visual design strategies.Create intuitive and engaging mobile and web interfaces.Conduct extensive usability research, including expert reviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, card sorting, user interviews, and usability tests; compile structured analysis with actionable insights.Required Expertise:Strong understanding of eCommerce web and mobile design.Proven ability to create UI designs, storyboards, and user flows.Additional Qualifications:Transform high-level business requirements into effective user interface solutions that adhere to current interaction design and visual design trends.Exceptional creativity in designing user-friendly web and mobile application interactions.Familiarity with standard User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies and UI design patterns.Ability to establish and maintain a cohesive visual design language.Consult with clients and lead experience architects effectively.Provide data-backed justification for design choices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the broader UX team throughout the design process.Develop and maintain comprehensive user-interface specifications.Experience with design style guides and systems to enhance visual experiences.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Flash is a plus).Strong illustration and drawing skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.Portfolio showcasing previous work is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
