Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to troubleshoot, debug, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Educate customers on optimal product usage to ensure they derive maximum value.
- Arrange Zoom meetings with customers to resolve concerns, enhance their experience, and promote product adoption.
- Assist the sales team in customer conversion and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers to identify defects and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Enhance product serviceability by testing new features and developing tools to facilitate our deployments and auto-support infrastructure.
- Analyze our existing customer base to mitigate and minimize risks in the installation base.
