Your Role:
As a Staff Accountant I / II, you will play a vital role in supporting the accounting operations for our US-based clients. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring compliance with US GAAP, preparing financial statements, managing reconciliations, and facilitating month-end and year-end processes—all while upholding a high standard of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Overseeing full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop).
- Recording and reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and intercompany transactions.
- Managing accounts payable in QuickBooks, including Bill.com integration and reconciliation.
- Accurately posting routine journal entries.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closes.
- Generating compiled non-disclosure financial statements.
- Utilizing basic Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to US GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.
Your Qualifications:
Skills and Experience:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with US-based clients and proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and essential accounting principles.
