Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the product strategy and execution at Ema. This role involves reimagining critical functions such as customer support, employee support, enterprise search, recruiting, IT service management (ITSM), and HR operations through the lens of Agentic AI. You will collaborate with global enterprises to implement Ema, enhancing the experience of employees and HR teams across over 100 countries.
Key Responsibilities
Impact at Scale: Collaborate with engineering, design, and post-sales teams to support substantial deals and multi-million dollar clients, navigating the complexities of global deployments.
Drive Strategy & Vision: Own the comprehensive product vision and roadmap for the Employee Experience suite, transforming intricate customer needs into scalable, secure, and extensible Agentic AI product solutions.
Lead Execution: Gain deep insights into customer challenges through research and data to define optimal solutions, ranging from rapid prototypes to reliable, patent-grade products.
Empower GTM: Provide Sales and Marketing teams with engaging narratives and demonstrations to accelerate customer acquisition, while developing tools that enable partners to implement Ema autonomously.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency across engineering, design, and post-sales functions.
