Join Colliers as a Senior IAM Engineer (Project Lead) to spearhead the implementation of our global Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing primarily on Saviynt-based Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). This position merges extensive technical expertise with proactive project leadership, ensuring the successful advancement of IAM initiatives across our worldwide operations.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee solution design, manage engineering workstreams, liaise with international partners, and guarantee timely delivery of IAM projects that align with security standards and enhance business objectives. You will act as a technical leader, project delivery coordinator, and trusted advisor in the modernization of IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
IAM Engineering & Operations
- Architect, configure, and deploy Saviynt IGA solutions to facilitate identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access requests, certifications, and policy enforcement.
- Integrate human and machine identities, applications, and directories (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID) into Saviynt.
- Create and manage joiner-mover-leaver workflows, access review campaigns, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
- Diagnose and resolve provisioning, access, and entitlement issues; provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with vendors as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Security, HR, IT Operations, Application Owners) to ensure IAM solutions meet business needs.
- Document technical designs, configuration guides, and operational runbooks for IAM processes.
- Identify and pursue automation and continuous improvement opportunities within the IAM ecosystem.
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage IAM-related project tasks, ensuring clarity in delivery timelines and milestones.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect project requirements, monitor progress, and communicate updates effectively.
- Assist in formulating project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and resource estimates for IAM initiatives.
- Oversee dependencies across cross-functional teams and proactively escalate risks or issues.
- Ensure adherence to project documentation, reporting, and governance processes.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training materials, and readiness for implementation.
- Promote continuous improvement in project execution processes within the IAM program.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Serve as a senior engineering liaison between global/regional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs that meet policy, compliance, and operational needs.
- Identify and propose opportunities for automation, process optimization, and innovation within the IAM ecosystem.
