In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Arc Product Director and the wider engineering team to convert strategic product visions and client requirements into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, and reusable product playbooks. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between stakeholders (including internal product and consulting teams, client partners, and leadership) and builders (engineering, UX, and data teams). Your daily tasks will involve conducting requirements workshops, working from business and functional requirement documents (BRDs, FRDs, PRDs), drafting wireframes and workflow sketches, and managing a well-prioritized product backlog to ensure the team focuses on high-impact initiatives. While primarily based in India and focused on internal operations, you will also regularly engage with Beghou's consulting and delivery teams to gain insights into how Arc is utilized in real-world scenarios, capturing reusable patterns and workflows to inform the product roadmap. You will identify opportunities where customized client solutions can be standardized into Arc modules, collaborating with the Product Director to influence the strategic direction. This position is an individual contributor role at the senior level, with a clear pathway for growth into Product Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager roles within 12–24 months.
