Weekday-1 is seeking a Sales Team Lead on behalf of a client in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role centers on inside sales for loan products, managing the full sales cycle from initial lead conversion through to loan disbursement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an inside sales team focused on telecalling for loan products.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring disciplined processes and strong conversion rates.
- Refine sales funnels to raise approval rates and minimize drop-offs.
- Apply data-driven methods to guide decisions and improve team performance.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to support steady revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience in loan sales or fintech distribution.
- History of leading teams to meet or exceed targets in demanding environments.
- Ability to drive performance through structured execution and direct leadership.
- Comfort with data and disciplined processes to achieve results.
Compensation
Salary Range: ₹500,000 - ₹1,000,000 (INR 5-10 LPA)
