About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead client outreach initiatives across India and the United States. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic startup environments and are passionate about establishing effective outreach processes from the ground up.
Core Skill: AI-Augmented Selling
We are looking for a candidate who is not only familiar with but actively engages in AI-assisted sales workflows for both B2B and B2C interactions. This involves leveraging AI tools to analyze accounts, craft personalized outreach at scale, examine response patterns, and continuously enhance the quality of the sales pipeline — all while minimizing manual effort and maximizing output and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage outreach and target account lists.
- Create and test personalized messaging templates for email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Track responses, qualify prospects, and ensure CRM updates are accurate.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and assist in proposal development.
- Engage with inbound leads and guide them through initial sales stages.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve outreach performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to refine prospecting strategies.
