This position requires a patient and meticulous approach to handle sensitive compensation inquiries from stakeholders. Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely payments for roles with variable sales compensation structures. Conduct regular audits of the incentive compensation management (ICM) tool, including personnel setup, plan management, processed data, and commission calculations. Process data, validate calculations, and communicate compensation details effectively. Serve as the first point of contact for compensation inquiries and manage escalations as necessary. Utilize both Google Sheets and an ICM tool to facilitate the payment process. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales function, product priorities, and the characteristics of individual sales teams.
