Key Responsibilities:Conduct timely sampling, testing, and documentation of incoming samples including raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, and finished products using both wet and instrumental methods.Analyze all incoming samples in accordance with approved specifications and standard testing procedures.Test and report on raw material vendor samples as per established testing protocols and specifications.Evaluate and report on stability samples following individual approved testing procedures and specifications.Prepare, qualify, and maintain working standards according to product specifications.Test and report validation samples as specified in protocols.Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions in line with standard operating procedures.Prepare general reagents/test solutions, indicators, buffers, and mobile phases as per relevant monograph procedures and in-house specifications.Promptly raise indents for lab chemicals, consumables, and miscellaneous items.Receive and ensure proper storage and maintenance of newly procured and in-use chemicals.Ensure appropriate storage and maintenance of reference standards, primary standards, and chemical standards.Log entries for usage records, registers, and all documents immediately after the analysis.Calibrate instruments, equipment, and glassware following approved standard operations and calibration procedures.Maintain samples under analysis as per requirements.Record temperature and humidity in the quality control laboratory area according to approved standard operating procedures.
