Join our dynamic team at Code and Theory as a seasoned Project Manager, adept in both functional and technical aspects of Adobe Workfront, to spearhead comprehensive project delivery. You will oversee the entire project implementation lifecycle—from initial discovery and meticulous planning to execution and successful go-live—ensuring seamless collaboration among business stakeholders, technical teams, and platform functionalities.
This role demands exceptional skills in project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and delivery governance to guarantee a successful Workfront implementation and user adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from discovery and implementation to go-live.
- Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead scheduling, cadence meetings, and stage-gate reviews.
- Monitor dependencies associated with Workfront configuration and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with System Architects and technical teams to align solutions.
- Manage and prioritize project backlog in coordination with support and enhancement teams.
- Address change requests and uphold robust change control processes.
- Identify potential risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and status communications regarding project progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, decisions, and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to platform standards, governance, and industry best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven experience in Project Management and delivery governance.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or comparable work management tools.
- Solid understanding of workflow configurations and platform interdependencies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, both business and technical.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in risk, issue, and change management.
- Capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines.
