Run paid pilot tests to qualify annotators before deployment to projects. Lead training sessions, calibration meetings, and refresher courses for annotators. Community Engagement Oversee the gig annotator community on platforms like WhatsApp, Discord, and Telegram. Encourage engagement and retention, and address concerns raised within the community. Implement leaderboards and recognition programs to motivate contributors. Project Execution and SLA Management Track daily output, accuracy, and utilization to ensure projects meet service level agreements.
