The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Partner Development Team Manager to lead our talented team in India. This pivotal leadership position plays a crucial role in our expanding operations, offering you the chance to lay the groundwork for our Partner Development organization.
As the Partner Development Manager (PDM) Manager, you will be vital in cultivating and advancing our partner ecosystem, particularly in the Upmarket segment, while driving partner-generated business. You will oversee the hiring, coaching, and leadership of a team of Partner Development Managers (PDMs) in a fast-paced environment. We seek an enthusiastic and seasoned leader capable of building a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and motivating both your team and our partners towards a shared vision.
This position is based in our Bengaluru office, with a regular expectation of in-office attendance.
What You'll Do
As the Partner Development Team Manager, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Direct and manage the Partner Development team to surpass quarterly MBOs and monthly targets, concentrating on enhancing partner-sourced revenue, boosting revenue retention, and improving sales rates.
- Coach and Develop: Foster trust within your team, providing ongoing developmental feedback to enhance their comprehensive partner development skills.
- Build and Recruit: Take charge of maintaining team size by actively recruiting, selecting, and training new Partner Development Managers to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Leverage your business expertise to guide your team in strategic partner growth discussions and planning, focusing on partner-driven demand generation.
- Engage with Partners: As a key channel leader for the region, regularly engage with partners to build executive relationships and address escalated issues.
- Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with direct sales managers, directors, and executives to ensure alignment and drive success.
