Do You Have What It Takes?
We are on the lookout for a Junior Domo Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the ongoing operations and maintenance of our Domo analytics platform. You will focus on creating and maintaining standard dashboards and cards, assisting in data and content cleanup, providing user support, and ensuring the Domo environment remains organized and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams, although you will not be responsible for platform strategy or architecture.
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and Domo cards based on defined business requirements and industry best practices.
- Assisting in the cleanup and organization of datasets, dashboards, and cards, while identifying and addressing outdated or duplicate content.
- Supporting user access requests and providing basic troubleshooting assistance, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Maintaining documentation and standards for datasets and dashboards, including naming conventions and descriptions.
- Collaborating with senior analysts and business users to identify reporting needs and deliver accurate, actionable analytics.
- Staying informed on Domo features and platform updates to apply best practices under guidance.
