We are seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. This position plays a crucial role in managing customer interactions, handling quotations and purchase orders, and supporting our external sales teams to ensure seamless sales processes. The successful candidate will possess engineering expertise, a strong understanding of customer experience (CX) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales Support:
- Address customer inquiries and deliver comprehensive product information.
- Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) by preparing and sending accurate quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and maintain timely follow-ups with clients.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
Sales Coordination & CRM Management:
- Update and maintain customer interaction records within the CRM system to monitor sales activities.
- Analyze customer needs and provide valuable insights to the external sales team.
- Manage documentation and coordination for import and export transactions.
- Generate and evaluate Management Information System (MIS) reports for sales tracking and performance assessment.
External Sales Support:
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to provide essential back-end support.
- Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
