The GTM Operations team plays a pivotal role in maximizing the productivity and efficiency of our sales organization. Collaborating closely with the sales team and various departments, we spearhead initiatives that drive revenue growth across the APAC region. Your Role
As a Sales Strategy and Operations Partner, you will work alongside senior Sales leadership and the broader Sales team to enhance overall organizational productivity and effectiveness, specifically focusing on Stripe's operations in India. Your responsibilities will encompass resource planning, go-to-market strategy analysis, performance reporting, quota management, process optimization, program implementation, and compensation design. We seek a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity, thriving in high-growth environments, and solving complex challenges with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in scaling technology sales organizations, fostering the growth of sales operations teams, and demonstrating exceptional communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
