About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Libra as a Growth Product Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in spearheading initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This hands-on position focuses on launching products from the ground up (0 to 1) using innovative Product-Led Growth (PLG) techniques and enhancing virality through meticulous engineering practices. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and refine new features that enhance user engagement and foster organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product growth strategy for prosumer and SMB B2B offerings, overseeing the process from ideation to implementation.
Design and execute experiments aimed at optimizing user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Develop product features that promote virality and stimulate organic user growth.
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create and launch impactful growth initiatives.
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and guide product decisions.
Lead 0-1 product initiatives, transforming uncertainty into scalable solutions.
Utilize PLG frameworks to minimize friction, facilitate self-service adoption, and amplify user value.
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of growth initiatives.
Manage our User-Generated Content (UGC) strategy.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly in growth-centric roles.
Demonstrated success in taking products from concept to scale using PLG methodologies.
Comprehensive understanding of virality, network effects, and the systematic engineering of product-led growth.
Experience with prosumer and/or SMB B2B products is a must.
Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Technical proficiency to effectively collaborate with engineering and explore growth loops.
Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience in fast-paced startup environments or SaaS platforms.
