Role Overview:
- The Field Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and securing both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities, focusing on new sales productivity, renewals, and collections to meet assigned targets.
- This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and requires collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales)
- Drive business in alignment with the branch's approved business plan.
- Lead sales promotion initiatives within the designated territory.
- Meet all monthly sales KPIs consistently.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Optimize conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Ensure renewals align with company expectations.
- Monitor developments and business prospects in the assigned territory closely.
- Maintain and regularly update the MPG.
Customer Service
- Guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
- Timely preparation and submission of reports to customers.
- Address complaints effectively, collaborating with Operations and Back Office as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections and SRA at client sites.
- Generate quotations for customers through the system.
- Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from RBU/CBU customers.
- Set realistic customer expectations regarding pest management services.
- Accurately capture customer details, including email addresses, contact numbers, and addresses with landmarks.
- Promote service visits according to iCABS frequencies to facilitate timely service delivery by planners.
- Share and clarify cost sheets with operations, detailing material usage.
