Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and account management. Experience in market research is an advantage.- Familiarity with end-to-end Market Research services, particularly data collection across North America, Latin America, Europe, and APAC is beneficial.- Experience with healthcare panels is a plus.- Understanding of pricing models and commercials in the Market Research industry is valuable.- Proven ability to manage global prospects, vendors, and clients.- Knowledge of managed services, SLAs, SOPs, periodic reporting, and escalation matrices.- Must exhibit adaptability, flexibility, and the capability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
