ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Engineering Manager at Tide, you will:
- Lead and manage the engineering delivery of our subscriptions platform across multiple markets, taking ownership of technical direction and execution for systems that facilitate subscription creation, pricing, and lifecycle management. Your focus will be on developing scalable, resilient, and extensible platform capabilities that cater to our growth and evolving business needs.
- Oversee and nurture a team of engineers, establishing clear technical standards while promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Product and various stakeholders to translate product strategies into dependable platform solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery across the entire subscription lifecycle.
- Join the Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) engineering group, working alongside Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, and Finance teams to deliver a robust and transparent subscriptions platform that enriches member experiences and fosters long-term value.
