Job Responsibilities:As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing product quality by:Tracking and minimizing internal defect costs arising from production, suppliers, and processes through SFMC meetings and PDCA preparation for Charcon VS.Conducting electrical failure analysis to identify and resolve product failures.Coordinating system and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.Managing scrap accounting in SAP to maintain accurate records.Monitoring operational KPIs related to quality.Confirming processes and ensuring adherence to early warning systems (EWS) and Q-Alerts.Ensuring timely clearance of FT and EFT issues and managing Q-Block clearance.Periodic Responsibilities:Reporting on Internal Defect Costs (IDC).Preparing layered process confirmation reports.Leading improvement projects focused on quality enhancements.Preparing PDCA for IDC and ensuring systematic closure of internal complaints (AWP).Coordinating supplier complaints and managing A3 PSS and supplier 8D processes.Overseeing process and customer audit coordination.Additional Information:Aiming for IDC reduction and achieving zero customer and interplant complaints.Ensuring adherence to 14Q standards.Coordinating and preparing for customer and RB audits and visits to production lines.Analyzing work in progress (WIP).
