The Growth and Business Development team at Apna is responsible for driving user engagement and revenue across our various business lines, serving both candidates and employers. Our success stems from a strategic approach to managing diverse growth factors, including marketing, sales, search engine optimization, product enhancements, and partnerships, while expertly navigating resource allocation and cost management. Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and driven Business Development professionals who excel in fast-paced sales environments and have a proven track record of engaging in high-level CXO discussions with corporate clients. This role is pivotal in meeting our ambitious goals for new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by effectively understanding and addressing their business needs.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
3. Build a robust database of qualified leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other outreach methods.
4. Conduct area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
5. Proactively generate leads to create a strong pipeline and cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects.
6. Champion Apna's ecosystem of products and services to enhance client engagement.
7. Play a vital role in a start-up environment, leading your area of expertise while contributing to our exciting growth journey.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 4 years of experience managing large accounts (HRTech experience is a plus)
● Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of managing client expectations and effectively engaging with company leadership
● Solid operational and commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients
● Proficient communication skills in at least two languages
● Proven experience in lead generation through to closure.
