Qualifications
Key Responsibilities: Conduct visits to 5-6 clients daily to present Apna’s innovative hiring solutions. Identify and generate prospects, sharing relevant market insights with your manager. Address customer objections regarding product features, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies. Sell recruitment solutions tailored to the needs of SMB clients by thoroughly assessing their business requirements. Facilitate client onboarding and assist them in posting their initial job on our platform. Build market references and drive organic revenue growth. Act as an ambassador for the Apna brand, effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients. Work towards meeting weekly and monthly targets while aligning with both short-term and long-term growth objectives. Enhance Apna's visibility in the market through promotional materials and networking.
