We are looking for a talented Adobe Workfront Business Analyst who possesses a robust blend of functional and technical expertise to assist in solution design and execution. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to accurately assess business requirements, translate them into scalable Workfront solutions, and ensure they align with the platform's capabilities and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional and technical authority on Workfront, showcasing extensive platform knowledge
- Collaborate on solution design from the discovery phase, converting business needs into actionable solutions
- Guide the development of the Agency Workbook in partnership with stakeholders
- Work alongside the System Architect to produce a comprehensive Technical Workbook that adheres to Workfront configurations
- Establish end-to-end business workflows with clearly defined dependencies and automation points
- Create and implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to validate configurations and integrations
- Proactively identify risks and escalate any foundational concerns
- Develop training materials and lead user training sessions
- Ensure that solutions comply with platform standards, scalability, and governance protocols
